As a member of the press, you will have access to the exhibition, interviews and briefings to inform your audience about the latest developments in virtual motorsport. General accreditation rules
- Submitted name articles, which are intended to support accreditation, must not be older than 6 months.
- The masthead submitted for accreditation, must be include, all persons named in the accreditation.
- Motorsports, SimRacing or E-Sports must make up 30% of the articles or video formats on the articles mentioned for accreditation. These restrictions not applicable for full editorial offices with more than 3 departments.
- Social media channels mentioned in the accreditation should have at least 1000 followers, visitors or video views on average.
- Only one accreditation is permitted per publication, which may be max. 2 People include. If additional persons are required at the Expo for video recordings, they must also be registered via e-mail.
- The submission of the form under the above points does not claim a guaranteed accreditation

The ADAC SimRacing Expo 2023 will take place at the Dortmund exhibition center, one of the largest trade fair locations in Germany. With its extensive exhibition area of over 17,000 square meters and state-of-the-art facilities, the Dortmund trade fair center provides the ideal stage to present the latest innovations in virtual motorsport . This prime location in the heart of Dortmund offers not only the convenience of easy access for visitors, but also an exciting opportunity for journalists to immerse themselves in the world of sim racing and explore the city’s diverse cultural and entertainment offerings.

If you use a navigation system, please enter the destination address “Maurice-Vast-Str.”. From the destination address, please follow the signs in the immediate vicinity.
Parking spaces in the immediate vicinity are available for approx. 8,800 cars and buses. The parking fee is 9.00 EUR per car on all parking areas.
